What do you need:

350 grams blueberries (from the freezer)

200 grams raspberries (from the freezer)

15 grams Greensweet Jelly Crystal

30ml water

 

How are you:

Put the fruit together with the jelly crystal in the pan, add the water and let it boil over very low heat.

When it boils let it boil for a while so that it can thicken a bit.

Puree the fruit with a stick blender and let it cool well.

Delicious as a sauce over a dessert such as pancakes or pancakes, but it is also very tasty in yogurt!
