What do you need:

This is how you make this delicious sugar-free jam:

Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds. Remove the skin and cut the papaya into pieces.

Put the pieces of papaya together with the lemon juice and Greensweet jelly crystal with some water in a pan. Bring to boil.

Leave the pan on the fire for 45 minutes and stir regularly through the fruit.

Mash or puree the fruit and taste if it has the right taste. Make it sweeter with eg agave syrup or greensweet stevia.

Is your jam still too thin? Then add some extra agar or more greensweet jelly crystal.

Pour the jam into a glass jar. Keep the jam closed in the refrigerator.

Delicious on a cracker, coconut yogurt or make delicious royal cookies.
