You make it super fast and simple in the airfryer. In the oven, of course, too. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees, and cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Keep the baking time between 40-50 minutes, keep checking.

That's how you make it:

Stir all the ingredients in a bowl well and add small amounts of water until you can knead the mass manually. Line the baking lift with a piece of baking paper. Form a round compact roll of the dough. Sprinkle this around generously with cinnamon. Put the bread in the box lift. Set the temperature to 180 c and the time to 19 minutes. Turn the bread over after baking for 9 minutes, so that it will cook nicely around. Repeat this if necessary a few times. If the bread feels hard and has a nice golden brown color, it is ready. Give it some extra baking time.

Keep the roll in a BPA free plastic bag in the bread bin. The bread will certainly stay nice for 4/5 days.
