Tropical turban for the airfryer
You need this:
- a fresh pineapple, diced *
- the grater of a organic lime zest
- the grater of an organic lemon zest
- a small piece of ginger root, grated
- 375 grams oatmeal (dry)
- 10 drops of greensweet liquid stevia pineapple (of course other flavors are possible too!)
- two eggs
- 250 ml of water
(* You can also choose pineapple pieces from canned, go for the organic version and be assured that they are not made on light syrup, but on water.)
To garnish: greensweet stevia Icing
This is how you make it:
Stir together all ingredients in a bowl. If the mass stays a bit too dry, add a little more water. Let this stand for 5 minutes. Turn the airfryer to 185 degrees. Grease the turban shape with coconut oil or avocado oil. Pour the mass into the turban and press everything firmly. Put the turban in the bucket lift and let it bake for 15 minutes. Then check whether the turban is cooked sufficiently and golden brown.
Delicious with a layer of Greensweet Icing icing sugar! You can also bake the turban in the oven. I did not try this myself, so there are no guarantees that it works out well, but I do not see any objections. Turn the oven to 185 degrees and bake for about 25-35 minutes while you keep checking.
