This is how you make it:

Put all the ingredients in the blender and let it rotate briefly so that the nuts are grinded, then add some vinegar while turning, until the mass has become firm and creamy. Store in a clean glass jar at room temperature in a dark place. Delicious on bread, on rice cakes, crackers, toast, as well as filling or topping on lots of baking!
