White chocolate spread a la Rilana
What do you need: for 1 small jar (about 150 grams)
3 to 4 large tablespoons of natural cashew nut paste (or about 50 grams of cashew nuts)
2 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil
35 grams of white almonds
10 drops of Greensweet-stevia vanilla
This is how you make it:
Melt the coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave or au bain marie in the pan.
Put the cashews (pasta) together with the white almonds, the stevia and the melted coconut oil in the food processor and mix well until it has the desired thickness (I find myself a little crunch very tasty but when you like more of a smooth paste , you have to mix a bit longer).
Taste if it tastes perfect for you, if not add some of the cashew nut paste or the stevia.
Put the white chocolate paste in a thoroughly cleaned jar and enjoy this delicious treat!
