White chocolate spread
What you need: for 1 small jar (about 150 grams)
3 to 4 large tablespoons of natural cashew nut paste (or about 50 grams of cashew nuts)
2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
35 grams of white almonds
10 drops of Greensweet stevia vanilla
This is how you make it:
Melt the coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave or au bain marie in the pan.
Put the cashew nuts (paste) together with the white almonds, the stevia and the melted coconut oil in the food processor and mix it well until it has the desired thickness (I like a little crunch myself but if you prefer a smooth paste , you have to mix a little longer).
Taste to see if it tastes perfect for you, if not, add some of the cashew nut paste or stevia.
Put the white chocolate spread in a thoroughly cleaned jar and enjoy this delicious treat!
