What do you need:

  • 50 grams of quinoa
  • +/- 75 ml of tea *
  • 150 grams of soy, goat, Greek or regular yoghurt
  • 1 kiwi cut into pieces
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs (or a piece of chocolate chopped into pieces)
  • a handful of walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia, hemp or linseed (optional)
  • Greensweet Stevia Liquid stevia Vanilla


This is how you make it:


Put a cup of strong tea and cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. When it is boiling, add the drops of vanilla. Meanwhile cut half of the banana into slices and the kiwi into small pieces. Punch the other half of the banana and mix it with the yogurt, add cinnamon to taste. When the quinoa is ready, add some seeds and mix it with the yogurt, banana and kiwi. Add some cocoa nibs and walnuts as a topping and your breakfast is ready.
