What do you need:

  • almond shavings
  • cocoa nibs
  • Goji berries
  • Ceylon cinnamon powder + vanilla bourbon
  • kasha
  • yellow mulberries
  • coconut grater or shavings

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Line one or, if necessary, two baking trays with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients for the cookies in a bowl.

Scoop small heaps on the baking sheet. Prepare a bowl of water and always dip a spoon in the water, make the cookies as flat and even as possible with the convex side of the spoon.

Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes, and keep checking. Let cool.

You can leave the cookies like this, but you can also stick them out in equal circles with a cookie cutter. Mix the stevia drops with the cocoa and always add small amounts of water until a strong glaze appears. Always cover a cookie with a little frosting and press another cookie on it. Cover the cookies with frosting and garnish with the above options.
