What do you need:

450 grams oatmeal flour (grinding oatmeal in the blender into flour)

50 grams of coconut oil / fat at room temperature

10 grams (tartar) baking powder

20 drops Greensweet liquid stevia Coconut

two cups of coconut grater

300 ml of water Possibly to garnish: roasted coconut flakes


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a low round shape (20 cm) with coconut oil. Stir all ingredients firmly together in a bowl, if the coconut oil remains too crumbly, knead it equally finely. If the mass remains too dry, add extra water until a smooth mass is formed. Deposit in the form and divide. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven until about 35-40 minutes, keep checking. Cool well.
