Vegan chocolate muffins
You need this:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 large banana
- 300 grams of oatmeal + 250 ml of water
- 6 generous tablespoons of organic skimmed cocoa powder or raw cocoa powder
- 10 drops greensweet liquid stevia chocolate
- paper cupcake / muffin molds
- muffin trays
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cover the muffin trays (cupcake trays or other refractory bowls, of course) with the paper molds.
Purée the banana, avocado, three tablespoons of cocoa and 10 drops greensweet liquid stevia chocolate in a bowl, stir well. You can also do this in a food processor or blender.
Stir the rest of the ingredients together firmly in a bowl. Fill the cups with a layer of the oatmeal mass. Spoon a tablespoon of chocolate mousse on top. Finally, a bit of the oatmeal mass. Bake the muffins in the middle of the oven until about 25-35 minutes. keep checking. Allow to cool.
