This is how you make it:

Melt the cocoa butter, cocoa powder and Greensweet liquid stevia au bain marie, while stirring regularly. Chop the cocoa butter into fine pieces, this ensures that the cocoa melts faster. You can use any shape you want. For example, you can make tablets or chocolates. Tablets are made by allowing the cocoa mass to harden in a square container. You can then break this into pieces again (see photos) to have delicious cops. Let the chocolate mass in the molds cool down first, then put in the fridge to further harden. You can add plenty of tasty seasonings, such as vanilla bourbon, or Ceylon cinnamon powder or cocoa nibs, nuts, seeds and kernels. Be aware that this immediately provides extra nutritional value, and therefore calories + any sugars present.
