They look a bit like league cake, but that a bit softer in structure. Delightful to give to school, as a REALLY responsible snack. But also for work, after exercise or ... well, when you feel like a snack that gives you good energy. Also delicious as a gingerbread!

You need this:

For the first layer:

For the middle layer:

For the top layer:

a banana

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Puree the two bananas for the first layer, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. You can best knead everything by hand. Pour the mass onto the baking tray and make it as thin as possible.

Grind all the ingredients for the middle layer in the food processor or HS blender to a fine mass. Pour on the layer on the baking sheet and spread out evenly.

Grind all ingredients for the top layer in the food processor or HS blender to a fine mass, and pour on the layer on the baking sheet, spread evenly. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven until about 35-40 minutes, keep checking. Allow to cool.

Use any desired cookie cutter to stick the cakes out of the slab. You can enjoy the leftovers;). Keep the cakes in a well-closable container at room temperature.
