What do you need:

- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 3 dates
- 2 lemons
- 10 g white almonds
- 5 drops Greensweet liquid stevia lemon
- 2 tbsp coconut grater
- 1 banana
- extra coconut grater

This is how you make it:

Cut the lemons in half and juice them. Add the banana, lemon juice, almonds, almond flour, dates and grated coconut in a food processor and grind until fine.
When it has a somewhat firmer structure and everything is well ground, you can turn off the food processor.
Place the mixture in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Then you can roll them into balls and then put them through some loose coconut grater.
