What do you need:
250 ml red wine
6 sheets of gelatin
6-8 drops greensweet liquid cherry or natural
How are you:
Heat the wine in a pan. Use a thermometer and do not let the wine rise above 33°C. This way the alcohol stays in the wine.
Add the gelatine leaves one at a time to the wine and stir well.
When the gelatin has dissolved, add the greensweet drops one by one to the wine.
Fill molds with the wine solution and divide the solution over a baking tray
Place the gummies in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
