You need this:

(for a liter of milk)

Extra needed:

  • a hydrophilic clean cloth (or cheesecloth)
  • a big bowl

    This is how you make it:

    Put all ingredients for the milk in the blender and let it run at high speed for 5 minutes. Drape the cloth over the bowl, and pour the milk on it. Gently squeeze the milk out. Pour the milk into a clean glass bottle and store in the refrigerator.
