You need this:

150 grams of oat bran

50 grams of oatmeal

75 grams of buckwheat flour

2 figs in small pieces

1 hand raisins

100 ml of water

200 ml coconut milk

20 drops Greensweet liquid stevia Cinnamon

1 tablespoon of cinnamon
