Cottage cheese dessert from Kajokybo
What do you need:
200 grams of cottage cheese
25 grams of flour (I used Oats this time)
frozen summer fruit
This is how you make it:
Mix the curd well with 1 egg and flour. Then some frozen summer fruit plus some drops of greensweet liquid stevia raspberry in the airfryer for 30 minutes at 170 degrees and in connection with the frozen fruit 5 to 8 minutes extra at 155 degrees.
Then in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours. Top off with cottage cheese, cinnamon and pomegranate.
