What do you need:

20 gr. coconut flour
50 g almond flour
25 g melted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 Greek yogurt
15 drops of greensweet liquid stevia lemon

Ingredients pastry cream:

250 ml whipped cream
3 egg yolks
10 gr. butter
7 gr. arrowroot
13 drops of greensweet liquid stevia vanilla
additional ingredient: red fruit of your choice

Cake preparation method:

preheat the oven to 170 degrees. put all ingredients together and put in a greased baking pan (or in a silicone pan) and bake for about 15 minutes at 170 degrees.

Preparation method pastry cream:

Heat whipped cream. Mix the egg yolk with the arrowroot and greensweet drops of vanilla until the egg yolk mixture is light yellow in color. Then add some of the whipped cream and mix and then put everything back in the pan and while you continue to beat by heating until it has become a thick custard. then remove from the heat and stir in the butter. pour all this into a container and let cool. When everything has cooled down, put a layer of cake in a glass and on top a layer of pastry cream and possibly some red fruits and that is how you build the glasses. this recipe is for about 4 portions.
