Sweet Tomato Cake
You need this:
4 beef tomatoes, two cut into pieces
80 grams of linseed
100 grams of wholegrain buckwheat flour
20 grams of sesame seeds
150 grams oatmeal, (see explanation above)
2 small apples, washed and covered, in pieces
8 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla bourbon
1 tablespoon tartar baking powder
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease a round spring form (20 cm) with coconut oil, covered with baking paper. Puree in the food processor all ingredients except the tomato pieces, until smooth. Stir in the pieces of tomato. Pour the mass into the form and divide. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven until about 50-60 minutes, keep checking thoroughly. Allow to cool.
A wonderfully surprising combination between sweet and savory! For the best result, you can soak the required oatmeal in water for 24 hours in advance with stevia drops, but this can also be shorter: 4 hours. Put the requested 150 grams of oatmeal along with 10 drops of Greensweet-stevia chocolate flavor soak in water. Is there still water on the malt after the week time? Then pour this off.
