Sweet Tomato Pie
You need this:
4 beef tomatoes, two of which cut into pieces
80 grams of flax seeds
100 grams of whole wheat buckwheat flour
20 grams of sesame seeds
150 grams of oatmeal, (see explanation above)
2 small apples, washed and peeled, in pieces
8 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla bourbon
1 tablespoon of tartar baking powder
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease a round spring form (20 cm) with coconut oil, covered with baking paper. Puree in the food processor all ingredients except the tomato pieces, until smooth. Stir in the tomato pieces. Pour the mass into the form and divide. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven for about 50-60 minutes, keep checking well in the meantime. Let cool.
A wonderfully surprising combination between sweet and savory! For the best result, you can soak the requested oatmeal 24 hours in advance with stevia drops, but this can also be shorter: 4 hours. Put the requested 150 grams of oatmeal together with 10 drops of Greensweet-stevia chocolate flavor to soak in water. Is there still water on the malt after the week? Then drain this.
