Sweet Tomato Tart
You need this:
4 beef tomatoes, two of which cut into pieces
80 grams of linseed
100 grams whole grain buckwheat flour
20 grams sesame seeds
150 grams of oatmeal, (see explanation above)
2 small apples, washed and peeled, diced
8 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla bourbon
1 tablespoon of tartaric baking powder
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease a round springform pan (20 cm) with coconut oil, lined with baking paper. Puree all ingredients except the tomato pieces in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the tomato pieces. Pour the mass into the mold and divide. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven for about 50-60 minutes, keep checking in between. Let cool.
A wonderfully surprising combination between sweet and savory! For best results, you can soak the requested oatmeal in water with stevia drops for 24 hours in advance, but this can also be shorter: 4 hours. Soak the requested 150 grams of oatmeal together with 10 drops of Greensweet-stevia chocolate flavor in water. Is there still water on the malt after the soaking time? Then pour it off.
