Chicory with apple salad
What do you need:
6 bushes of chicory
4 sweet and sour apples
2 tbsp olive oil
40 gr butter
4-6 drops Greensweet liquid stevia lemon or cinnamon
1 el. lemon juice
This is how you make it:
Cut the back of the chicory and remove the hard piece at the beginning of the core.
Then cut the bushes into strips.
Peel the apples and cut the apple into medium cubes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the praise and the apple pieces on a medium heat source for a few minutes.
Drip the liquid stevia over it and bake again at a slightly higher temperature for one minute.
Change the praise and the apple during baking. They may caramelize, but not burn.
Finally add the lemon juice and topple again.
