What do you need:
• 1/2 cup of blackberries and raspberries
• 5 pieces of strawberries
• 1 cup of crushed ice cubes
• 175 grams of low-fat Greek yogurt
• a few drops of liquid Greensweet stevia (taste eg; raspberry, strawberry, natural)

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, pour into a glass and serve with a straw.
