Pumpkin banana smoothie
What do you need; for 4 persons
400 grams of pumpkin
1 lime
2 bananas
6-8 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia Vanilla
400 ml of coconut milk
salt
This is how you make it:
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil in large water with a little salt in 15-20 min. Drain the pumpkin and let it cool in a sieve. Bake the lemon and grate the zest of the lemon. Then press the lemon into a bowl. Cut the banana into slices. Mix the pumpkin, banana, coconut milk, lime grater and the Greensweet drops with the help of a mixer or food processor into a creamy smoothie. Season the smoothie with the lemon juice.
