What do you need:

- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 3 dates
- 2 lemons
- 10 g of white almonds
- 5 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia lemon
- 2 tbsp coconut grater
- 1 banana
- extra coconut grater

This is how you make it:

Halve the lemons and squeeze them out. Add the banana, lemon juice, almonds, almond flour, dates and coconut grater in a food processor and finely grind.
If it gets a somewhat firmer structure and everything is well ground, you can switch off the food processor.
Place the mixture in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Then you can roll balls of it and then through some loose coconut grater.
