This is how you make it:

Melt the cocoa butter, cocoa powder and Greensweet liquid stevia au bain marie, while stirring regularly. Chop the cocoa butter into fine pieces, this ensures that the cocoa melts faster. You can use any desired shape. For example, you can make tablets or bonbons. You make tablets by hardening the cocoa mass in a square container. You can then break this into pieces again (see photos) to have delicious copies. Let the chocolate mass in the molds cool down first, then put in the fridge to harden well. You can add lots of tasty flavorings, such as vanilla bourbon, or ceylon cinnamon powder or cocoa nibs, nuts, seeds and seeds. Be aware that this immediately provides extra nutritional value, and therefore calories + any sugars present.
