Speculaatjes
What do you need
1 to 1 ½ bar of pure chocolate (preferably as pure as possible)
5 to 8 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia chocolate
25 grams of cocoa butter
8 grams of gingerbread spices
5 to 8 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia caramel
This is how you make it:
Melt the dark chocolate au bain marie, and sweeten it to taste with the Greensweet liquid stevia chocolate. Line a plate with baking paper and pour the dark chocolate on it. Spread it out well. Melt the cocoa butter au bain-marie, and add the Greensweet liquid stevia caramel and speculaas spices. Let it simmer a little and sprinkle the dark chocolate slice with the chocolate speculaas. break the chocolate into nice little pieces.
