What do you need:
For the brownie
- 1 can Cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
- 3 Proteins
- 30 g Protein powder
- 20 g of cocoa
- 50 ml of milk (I use regular semi-skimmed milk, but other variants also work)
- Greensweet Sweet chocolate
Do you not have protein powder? No problem, replace it for 30 grams of flour and add extra cocoa and sweetener.
For the cheese cake low
- 100 g cream cheese
- 80 g low-fat cottage cheese
- 20 grams Greensweet Syrup gold
That's how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. First you rinse cannellini beans with cold water and let them drain well. If they have leaked well, mash them in a food processor to a smooth puree. Then you add the rest of the Brownie ingredients. You put this batter aside and you continue with the cheese cake layer. How do you put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it into a smooth mass.
Grease a baking tin or cake tin and add the brownie batter and then the cheese cake batter. The brownie-cheese cake goes into the oven for about 40 minutes.
