What do you need for a small jar:
- 200 grams of macadamia nuts,
- pinch of Himalayan salt,
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil,
- 2 tbsp raw cocoa
- 2-3 tbsp Greensweet sweet chocolate
This is how you make it:
Put the nuts in the food processor and grind. Leave the unit on so that the nuts release oil. A paste-like shape now forms. Scrape the edges every now and then.
When you have a paste-like substance, add the salt, coconut oil and raw cocoa. Mix well.
Season with the Greensweet sweet chocolate. Add 1 tbsp each time and taste if it is sweet enough.
Put the pasta in a jar and put in the fridge. Delicious on a (sourdough) sandwich, but as a dip it is also very tasty!
