What do you need for a small pot:

200 grams of macadamia nuts,

sniff Himalayan salt,

1 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil,

2 tbsp raw cocoa

2-3 el Greensweet sweet chocolate


That's how you make it:

Step 1

Put the nuts in the food processor and grind. Leave the appliance on so that the nuts give off oil. A paste like shape now appears. Scrape the edges every now and then.

Step 2

When you have a paste like substance, add the salt, the coconut oil and the raw cocoa. Mix well.

Step 3

Season with the Greensweet sweet chocolate. Add 1 tbsp each time and taste if it is sweet enough.

Step 4

Put the pasta in a jar and put in the refrigerator. Delicious on a (sourdough) sandwich, but as a dip it is also very tasty!
