Spicy Choco chicken fillet of hare from the airfryer.jpg

 

What do you need:

450 grams chicken fillet fillet
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of soy sauce
30 ml (2 tablespoons) Greensweet Syrup Gold
30 grams (2 tablespoons) Greensweet Sweet Choco
20 grams of 70% pure chocolate (small crumbled)
15 grams (1 tablespoon) smoked paprika (the spicy)
15 grams (1 tablespoon) of sambal oelek
2 small maggi cubes (crumbled)

This is how you make it:

Mix all ingredients and marinate the chicken fillet with hare. Put them in an ovenproof dish that fits in the airfryer (I do it myself in a silicone pie mold) Leave for at least 2 hours.

Preheat the airfryer (XL) to 180 degrees and prepare the chicken breast fillet with anti-splash lid in 20 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!

I ate it with Cela Vita pof potato and salad with dressing of your choice.
