Apple cheesecake with cake base
What do you need:
For the bottom
- 120 grams of Cannellini beans
- 1 protein
- 15 grams of whey or 10 grams of flour with extra sweetener
- 1 tsp Greensweet Extra Sweet
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
For the cottage cheese low
- 300 grams of apple-cinnamon curd cheese
- 20 grams of Greensweet Sweet Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 apple
- 3 sheets of gelatin
This is how you make the cake:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and cover a baking pan or cake pan with baking paper.
Drain the cannellini beans and ensure that they are well rinsed.
Put all the ingredients for the soil in a food processor and make sure it becomes a smooth mass. Put this batter in the cake pan / cake pan and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
When the bottom is ready, let it cool completely. You can make the quark layer during cooling.
Soak the gelatin leaves in a bowl of water.
