For the crumble layer:

That's how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare an oven dish.

Wash the apples, cut into 4 pieces and remove the core. Choose whether you want to leave the skin around the apple or not. Then cut them into cubes.

Mix the apple cubes in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of almond flour, 1 tablespoon of coconut flour, 25 grams of coarsely chopped mixed nuts, 3 teaspoons of cinnamon, a pinch of cardamom and a half tablespoon of Greensweet Sweet cinnamon. If you want to sweeter, add a tablespoon of Greensweet Sweet cinnamon.

Put the apple mixture in the oven-proof dish.

In a different bowl, combine 25 grams of almond flour, 25 grams of oatmeal, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of Greensweet Sweet cinnamon. Add 1.5 tablespoon of coconut oil (not melted!) Mix all this together with your hands into a crumble dough.

Sprinkle this shortcrust pastry over the apple mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes in the middle of the oven and enjoy!

This is very tasty both hot and cold.
