Recently I have been making this recipe regularly. It is super easy and quick to make. You can also vary the flavors through the different flavors of sugar substitutes from Greensweet stevia . So you can choose Vanilla, Caramel, Cinnamon and Chocolate!
My favorite is the chocolate and cinnamon flavor, but the 2 other variants are also super tasty!
What do you need:
- 2 proteins
- 30 grams of whatever flavor you want: Greensweet Sweet Chocolate / Caramel / Cinnamon / Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Beat the egg whites and add the baking powder and the Sweet chocolate / caramel / cinnamon / vanilla. Is this also true for 1 to 2 minutes until the protein is completely stiff.
You must be able to turn the bowl upside down without the protein falling out.
Make small balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then the baking tray goes into the oven for 30 minutes. When the 30 minutes are up, open the oven a little and leave it for about 10 minutes. (ps. there is usually quite a bit of smoke / steam coming out of the oven. Don't be shocked, that is right) The oven can just go out.
Then remove the sweets / clouds from the oven and let them cool further.
And your delicious and healthy sweets / clouds are ready!
