What do you need:

300 grams (gluten-free) oatmeal,

30 grams of pumpkin seeds,

125 grams of walnuts (or another nut),

30 grams of chai seed,

65 grams of coconut flakes,

pinch of Himalayan or sea salt,

12.5 grams of Greensweet Sweet cinnamon ,

2 tbsp Greensweet syrup gold

100-150 ml (extra virgin) coconut oil (melted).


This is how you make the granola:


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the baking sheet with baking paper.

Step 2

Pack a large bowl and add the oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, chai seeds, coconut flakes, Himalayan or sea salt and Sweet Cinnamon. Turn well.

Step 3

Add the Greensweet syrup gold and the melted coconut oil to the oatmeal and stir well. Taste if it is that way on taste. Otherwise add some Greensweet Sweet Cinnamon.

Step 4

Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake nicely brown in about 15 minutes. Turn over every 5 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the oven plate from the oven and let cool. Transfer the granola to a large pot that you can close well.


Delicious straight away or over your (coconut and soy) yogurt, decoration for a cake or for something else ... My oldest daughter likes to spread a rice cracker with peanut butter topped with some homemade granola.
