Healthy Sweet cinnamon oat bars
What do you need:
- 150 grams of oat bran
- 50 grams of oats
- 75 grams of buckwheat flour
- 2 figs
- 100ml water
- 200 ml plant-based milk
- 40 grams Greensweet Sweet Cinnamon
This is how you make them:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Cut the figs into small pieces.
Mix the ingredients into a firm batter.
Pour the batter into a low (greased) baking pan and place in the oven.
After about 15 minutes, take it out of the oven and cut into strips.
Put it back in the oven for about 15 minutes.
And your bars are ready.
