Healthy Sweet cinnamon oat bars
What do you need:
- 150 grams of oat bran
- 50 grams of oats
- 75 grams of buckwheat flour
- 2 figs
- 100 ml of water
- 200 ml of vegetable milk
- 40 grams Greensweet Sweet Cinnamon
This is how you make them:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Cut the figs into small pieces.
Mix the ingredients into a firm batter.
Put the batter in a low (greased) baking tin and put it in the oven.
After about 15 minutes you take it out of the oven and cut it into strips.
Put it back in the oven for about fifteen minutes.
And your bars are ready.
