Ajam Ketjap a la Sandra from the slow cooker
What do you need: (8 people)
2 kilos of chicken fillet (cut into large pieces)
3 small onions (chopped)
1 large red pepper (cut into small pieces)
5 cloves of garlic (crushed and minced)
8 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 tablespoon sambal manis
1 tablespoon ginger puree
1.5 teaspoon cumin seeds (I had the NOT ground version)
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 small maggi blocks (crumbled)
fresh black pepper and salt
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Made in a 3.5 liter Russel & Hobbs slow cooker
This is how you make this delicious dish:
Sprinkle the chicken cubes with a lot of pepper, salt and the flour.
Mix all ingredients together.
Put everything in the Slow cooker and put on low for 4 hours.
Enjoy your meal!
