Black poppy seed dressing
What do you need:
- 1 tbsp olive oil,
- 1 tbsp sesame oil,
- 4 tbsp soy yogurt,
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar,
- juice of ½ lemon,
- 1-2 tsp Greensweet syrup gold ,
- juice of ½ orange,
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds,
- salt and pepper to taste.
This is how you make it:
Place all ingredients except the salt and pepper in a bowl or in a glass jar that you can close.
Mix or shake well. Season with salt and pepper or some more syrup gold.
Pour the dressing into a glass bottle that you can close tightly.
This dressing is delicious with a carrot coleslaw.
