Puffed buckwheat with coconut flakes and pecan nuts
What do you need:
30 grams of puffed buckwheat,
40 grams of coconut flakes,
50 grams of pecans (broken),
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted) and
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and cover the baking tray with parchment paper.
Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir well together.
Now add the wet ingredients and gently scoop.
Transfer the mixture to the baking tray and put in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow to cool. When it is cold, you really have a crispy puffed buckwheat mixture.
Put the mixture in a large glass jar that you can close properly.
Delicious as a snack, but also about your (coconut) yoghurt, smoothie bowl or sprinkle it over your banana ice cream.
You can vary endlessly. Add, for example, spices or dried fruit after drying. Other nuts or seeds and seeds are also very tasty. How about pieces of dark chocolate, mmmmmm
