What do you need for 1 portion

25 grams of seaweed spaghetti,

100 grams of tempé (in cubes),

125 grams of kale (finely chopped),

¼ red pepper (chopped),

½ small red onion (finely chopped),

¼ red pepper (chopped),

1 el tamari,

½ el miso pasta,

½-1 t white tahini,

1-2 tsp Greensweet syrup gold,

salt and pepper to taste.


That's how you make it:


Step 1

Cook the seaweed spaghetti according to the package al dente. Drain and drain well.

Step 2

Put a wok on the fire and put some water or oil in it. Briefly bake the miso pasta. Then add the outing and the tempé and fry. When it gets too dry, you can add some water to it.

Step 3

Add the pepper and red pepper and cook again.

Step 4

In the end, add the chopped kale and seaweed spaghetti. Well shove well. Finish with the tamari, tahini and syrup gold. Add some pepper and salt if necessary.
