What do you need (made in a 3.5 liter Russel & Hobbs, for 4-6 people):

1 kilo ground beef
2 eggs (beaten)
100 grams of panko
1 onion (chopped very small)
2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
2 tablespoons soy sauce medja (manis is also possible)
1 tablespoon curry masala powder
1 dessert spoon of djinten (cumin powder)
1 dessert spoon of paprika powder
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon of sambal oelek
2 small maggi blocks (crumbled)
black pepper and salt

Requirements for the sauce:

2 onions (finely chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
5 tablespoons Surinamese peanut butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce medja (manis is also possible)
1 tablespoon Greensweet brown
1 tablespoon Greensweet syrup gold
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 small maggi blocks (crumbled)

This is how you make these balls:

Mix all ingredients for the sauce together and put in the slow cooker.

Mix all the ingredients for the minced meat with the minced meat and spin into balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball).

Sprinkle the balls with flour and carefully put them in the slow cooker (I just carefully pile them up if it doesn't fit on the bottom).

Set the slow cooker to low for 4 hours. Turn over everything very carefully at half the time.
