What do you need:

150 grams of raw cashew nuts,

½ teaspoon of pumpkinspice (cinnamon, gingerbread and biscuit spices too),

1 tbsp coconut oil (melted),

2 el Greensweet syrup gold.


This is how you make it:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

Put the pumpkinspice together with the melted coconut oil and syrup was put in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Add the cashew nuts to the wet mixture and gently cover.

Step 4

Put the baking sheet in the oven and roast the cashew nuts in a nice brown for about 17-20 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow to cool. Keep the cashew nuts in a pot that is easy to seal. Nice to snack!
