What do you need for 4 people:
- 8 lemon almond cookies from Bio Today
- 400 grams of low-fat organic curd cheese
- 100 grams of mascarpone
- 3 EL lemon juice
- 3 EL Greensweet Syrup Gold
- Fresh raspberries or strawberries
- Chopped hazelnuts, Lidl
- Fresh mint leaves
This is how you make this tiramisu:
Put the cookies in a bag and beat them with a rolling pin on a wooden spoon, there may still be some pieces in it but not too large.
Mix the curd cheese with the mascarpone, the lemon juice and the syrup gold. Grab 4 glasses and first divide a layer of cookies over the bottom, spoon 1-1.5 tablespoons of curd cheese on top, then again a layer of cookies and then again a layer of curd cheese. Garnish with raspberries, hazelnuts and mint. Put in the fridge for an hour so that the curd can stiffen.
