What do you need:

1 packet of vegan chicken pieces,

1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise (unsweetened),

2-4 tbsp soy yogurt,

1 tbsp vodauvan,

1 teaspoon Greensweet syrup gold , pepper and salt to taste.

Also delicious with finely chopped celery or pieces of pickle ....

This is how you make the chicken curry:

Step 1

Put the vegan chicken pieces in your food processor and grind.

Step 2

Transfer the chicken pieces to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Step 3

If it is too dry, just add some mayonnaise or soy yogurt to the mixture. It can't really go wrong.

Step 4

Keep your vegan chicken curry in a clean container that you can close. Can be kept for at least 3 days.

 

Tasty on a piece of sourdough bread or what about a cracker?
