Vegan chicken curry salad
What do you need:
- 1 package of vegan chicken pieces,
- 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise (unsweetened),
- 2-4 tbsp soy yogurt,
- 1 tbsp vodauvan,
- 1 teaspoon of Greensweet syrup gold , salt and pepper to taste.
- Also delicious with finely chopped celery or pickle pieces.
How to make the chicken curry:
Place the vegan chicken pieces in your food processor and grind finely.
Transfer the chicken pieces to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
If it is too dry, feel free to add some mayonnaise or soy yogurt to the mixture. It can't really go wrong.
Keep your vegan chicken curry in a clean jar that you can close. Can be kept for at least 3 days.
Delicious on a piece of sourdough bread or how about a cracker?
