What do you need:

150 ml strongcoffee0 khd

150 ml unbeatenwhipped cream4.2 khd

to tasteGreensweet brown0.8 khd


  • 1 tbsp / 15 mlcoconut oil 
  • meltedchocolate 
  • choppedpistachio nuts 

This is how you make these delicious ice creams:

  1. Optional: dissolve 1 tbsp coconut oil in the hot coffee. Mix the coffee with the whipped cream and season with the Greensweet brown to dissolve well or other sweetener of your choice.
  2. Divide the liquid into 6 ice-cream molds of 50 ml. Insert the sticks and put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
  3. OPTIONAL: Decorate with melted chocolate and chopped nuts.
