I made kha donuts, but this recipe also works great for poffertjes
What do you need:
85 gr. cream cheese
35 gr. almond flour
5 gr. coconut flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
and 5 to 7 drops of greensweet liquid stevia to taste
This is how you make it:
Mix everything together and pour into a donut maker and wait until they are good (the time differs per donut maker) When the batter has stood for a while, it will thicken a bit and you can just add a little water to to make it more fluid again.
This recipe can also be used in a poffertjes pan and you can even bake regular cakes with it.
