What do you need:
- 160 grams of almond flour
- 4 eggs
- 100 grams of monchou
- 60 grams of butter
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and make sure that the butter and monchou are soft. Mix the Greensweet erythritol, butter, and vanilla flavor into a smooth mixture, then add the eggs 1 at a time. In a separate dish, mix the almond flour and baking powder and add this to the batter. Mix everything well so that a smooth batter is formed and pour it into the baking tin.
