What do you need:

This is how you make this low carbohydrate schwarzwalder kirsch pie:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
  2. Mix the butter, monchou, vanilla and greensweet erythritol to a smooth mixture
  3. Mix the eggs one by one
  4. Mix the almond flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder in a separate container
  5. Add this to the butter / monchou mixture and mix until smooth
  6. Add any additional cocoa or erythritol to taste
  7. Bake the cake in a round shape with a diameter of 20 cm in approx. 35 minutes in the preheated oven
  8. Check whether the cake is dry by piercing the dough with a skewer. If it comes out dry then the cake is good, if it is still moist, then a little longer in the oven
  9. Remove the cake from the tin and let it cool
  10. Cut the cake into 3 equal slices
  11. Drain the cherries and boil the liquid until it becomes a syrup
  12. Add any kirsch to taste
  13. You can also bind the juice with a few teaspoons of arrowroot powder (first make a paste of the powder with a little water and add to the mixture) or use 9 grams of Greensweet Jelly Crystal
  14. Here you add the cherries so that you get a kind of pie filling
  15. Stir the mascarponeloose with a spoon, but not too long then it will be too thin
  16. Beat the cream with Greensweet Sweet
  17. Mix the mascarpone with the whipped cream
  18. Assemble the cake as follows:
  19. Sprinkle the cherry syrup over the 1st cake layer and sprinkle some of the cherries over it
  20. Spread the thick layer of mascarpone / whipped cream mixture over the cherries
  21. Put the 2nd slice of cake on it and again a layer of cherries and mascarpone / whipped cream
  22. Set aside a few cherries for the final decoration on top of the cake
  23. Cover with the last slice of cake
  24. Coat the top with the mascarpone / whipped cream and some nice touches as decoration
  25. Grate the chocolate bars with a cheese slicer and human milk grater and pure grater
  26. Sprinkle the shavings over the top and finish with the cherries
