Bake banana cherry's
You need this:
two ripe (light black colored) cooking bananas, cut into pieces
fresh Dutch cherries, pitted (when the season is over, use frozen cherries)
15 drops Greensweet liquid stevia Cherry ( other taste is also possible)
This is how you make it:
Put the pieces of banana in a pan, fill the pan with water and bring with the lid on the pan to the boil, simmer for 15-20 minutes. Drain. Purée the banana together with the stevia in the food processor to a firm, smooth mass. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Fold over a cherry some banana and put on the baking sheet, press lightly. Bake the cakes in the middle of the oven until about 35 minutes. They must be discolored in a golden yellow color. Let cool for a while.
